Caraway (50 Seeds)
This herb is a biennual, growing to about 8-10" the first year, then triple that size the following year. The second year it will blossom and set seeds, although the greens are also edible and can be picked even the first year. Caraway looks like a carrot plant and is related to fennel. Although the seeds are most often used in recipes, the leaves add a unique flavor to salads and soups.
